How far in advance should I make contact to discuss a potential Christmas decorating job?
It is never too early to start planning a festive display to ensure it’s everything you desire!

While we operate all year round, we only have a 7-week window to do all client installations (with 2 of these weeks highly demanded) so the sooner your book, the greater chance of securing your preferred install dates.
How much do your festive decorating services cost?
We personalise the design and decoration for each client we work with so pricing is determined by requirements. During our initial phone consultation when we understand what you are trying to achieve, we will be able to provide some outline options and an estimated cost range.
How long will it take to install my Christmas display?
It really does depend on the size of the job and what is involved – if there is a tree it depends on the size and number of decorations, and the location and access can be a factor particularly for commercial premises. Once requirements are known we can certainly provide an estimate of how long the team will require to be on site, and this will be calculated and included in the quote.
I am very interested in your decorating services, what is the process?
When you make contact we will discuss your requirements and budget in a phone consultation and then arrange a site visit or video call to see the space, and show you options from our portfolio.

We provide design recommendations - you let us know your preference and then we provide a detailed quote with all agreed items listed, and a cost for the installation.

Once approved we schedule the display installation date with you - it’s that simple!
Do you provide the Christmas tree?
Yes, we supply high quality artificial Christmas trees in a range of sizes for purchase (we do not offer a hire service for trees or decorations). The trees look authentic and are extremely durable and if carefully package away, they will be around for you to enjoy for many more Christmas’ to come!
If delicate packing is not your thing, we have it covered! We carefully pack trees and decorations away in original packaging for easy storage as part of our dismantling service.
Do you provide the decorations and lights?
Yes, we provide a huge variety of premium decorations and quality lighting for Christmas trees and outdoor displays. All lighting used is extremely durable and meets strict Australian safety regulations.
If lighting needs to be tagged and tested for your premises, we recommend that you arrange for this to be done prior to installation.
Can you install lighting that belongs to me/our business?
Yes, we can install your lighting for you, however as the owner, you take full responsibility for the safety and reliability of the lighting, bulbs and wiring.
Do you have a wide selection of decorations available?
We absolutely do! We source premium decorations from all over the world including hanging ornamental baubles and ribbons for the tree, in an array of designs, colours and patterns. We also offer wreaths, garlands and speciality decorations and trinkets to dress any space.
And if you are seeking something extra special, our talented team can design and create custom wreaths, garlands and centre-pieces especially for you!
Is it possible to design a festive display without physically visiting my home/premises?
It sure is. We understand that lack of time or during these times, concern about people coming into your home or premises and that’s why are very happy to arrange a video call for a quick walk-through, or for you to provide detailed photos of where and what you would like decorated.
This way we can assess the space and understand the surrounding décor in order to design a display that you will be delighted with!
Do I have to be home, or as the organiser be at the premises for the installation?
No, it’s not necessary for you to be home or at the premises if we have the ability to enter the property, or a concierge, property manager, security or an assigned person can give us entry.
For major installations at shopping centres and in busy office buildings, we happily work outside of trading or business hours to minimise disruption and ensure the safety of all patrons and employees.
Is any damage to the property likely when installing lighting or outdoor decorations?
If no suitable fixing or hooks are available, we may need to add them to secure strands of lighting, wreaths and garlands but we are very conscious and will minimise any impact of adding fixings.
Do you take away and store Christmas trees and decorations?
No, because you purchase and own all decorations, we do not take them away or provide storage.
We do provide a dismantling service to ensure that everything is carefully packed away in the original packaging ready to be stored at your residence or premises. We also can provide any additional bubble wrap or boxes if required to assist with the packing also.
